The program will provide an update on practical risk management advice, tips, and lessons learned using case files, with the goal of helping attendees recognize the risk you and your firm face on a daily basis. This year we will review actual CPA Mutual claims from our past 30 plus years of experience. There are common threads and trends that run throughout our claim files and learning what these are may just save you time, money and your professional reputation. We will discuss current trends and the various exposures threatening CPAs and your ability to practice your profession. Sometimes professional standards just aren't enough to keep you out of court!
