Learning Objectives:
Deborah Prettyman (American Financial Services Inc)
"Great 'real world' class in how to do this as a business...including his tough attitude so you get paid and work efficiently Stories about dealing with RO (Revenue Officer...see how helpful this is!) help so people considering this business, can function confidently and have some clarity on how it will work. I've been to other classes but this was real world. Another class on information collected and how it is done would be a great idea. Then the next steps, such as a strategy meeting, how to keep clients from screwing up your strategy when they try to 'help'. There is a lot of 'meat' in this subject and I believe this man can deliver the goods!"Lloyd Doletski (Self Employed)
"The speaker spoke in a fluent manner. The information was presented at a reasonable pace. I had no questions on the information presented. The displays were easy to read, very informative and answered any questions, which came to mind . The speaker was skilled in utilizing the displays in presenting the information of the webinar."James Hennick (Quandt Berndt)
"Mr. Green gave an engaging and interesting webinar on the procedures involved with helping a client with delinquent payroll tax liabilities. I appreciate that he walked us through the steps to take in order to assist the client in getting out from under the burden of a big tax bill."Lauren Shaw (IRS Independent Office of Appeals)
"Phenomenally helpful and insightful information. As a total tax nerd, I could sit here all day listening to Eric Green spin tales from the trenches. My clients will truly benefit from the time I spend sharpening my representation skills here."Loretta Campbell (Loretta Campbell EA)
"Even though I represented many payroll tax and other tax cases before the IRS, I learn something new from this presenter. Great presentation if you have clients that are not in compliance or delinquent in payment. Isn't that all of us?"Samantha Michael (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan)
"Loved this two part seminar! I used to do work in this area in the past, and thought this would be a great refresher. And it truly was! It was engaging and covered a ton of very helpful, practical information. Great series!"Stuart McCallum (Bookkeeping and Tax Services)
"This was one of the best 2 day CPA Academy presentations I have ever listened to. Eric is an expert in dealing with the IRS and doing offers in compromise. I highly recommend any presentations he will do in the future."JR Krogh (Krogh & Associates, LLC)
"TFRP and IRC 6672 is a difficult subject, take it from me, I was a TFRP Advisor for years. A problematic issue is that many IRS personnel don't understand it either. You did a fine job in the short time alloted."
